We started the Angel's Programme for orphans and vulnerable children two years ago. Already, we have Angels from South Africa, Australia and the United States of America sponsoring 50 families.

This programme links sponsors to actual families, establishing a bond which allows sponsors to see the progress and transformation their contribution enables in these families. We provide biannual reports with photographs so that sponsors can keep updated about their families. Some sponsors send gifts or write letters or even visit their families. This helps the families feel that someone out there cares about them and believes in their value as people.

 We provide the following services to the sponsored families:

• Meals daily
• Food parcels once a month
• Support from our caregivers
• Stabilising the environment, including minor shack renovations
• School uniforms and fees
• Psychosocial support
